Waipara Springs Riesling is a classic off-dry style Riesling with aromas of elderflower, honey dew melon, orange pith and lime sherbet. The palate is well structured with great balance between natural sugars and fine acidity. A great food match with Anti-pasti, fish and shellfish dishes and delicate white meats.
